ကုန်အမှတ်တံဆိပ်ဖော်ပြချက် (KR)1984년 데코로 설립하여 1993년 법인으로 전환하였으며, 1999년 (주)쌈지로 상호를 변경하였다. 핸드백과 지갑 등 패션 잡화 분야에서 대표적 국산 브랜드로 성장하였으나 부동산과 엔터테인먼트 등의 분야까지 사업을 확장하면서 경영이 악화되었고, 현재는 가방류의 상표권이 (주)고마운사업, 개인사업자 등에게 분할 양도되어 명맥만 유지되고 있다.

Although Ssamzie grew as a representative Korean brand in handbag and fashion merchandise market, management has degenerated as the corporation expanded business to entertainment and real estate. Ssamzie is currently undergoing closure, and the trademarks of handbag products have been transferred to Gomawoon Company Corp.
